You will find a lot of day labor workers outside this Home Depot location if you need help with your home/commercial needs. The store’s pickup counters are not clear enough to differentiate customer service, returns and pickups. One of the staff member was not welcoming while waiting in the line to pick my order. Customers would appreciate some clear signage and helpful staff personnel.

I have been to the Martinez * store =6 Stars: atleast a 2 Dozen times , i am closer to the Concord location , but Refuse to Even think about navigating * Concords Insane parking lot and Extremely disorganized/ poorly stocked store.. Go to Martinez it's a great store people are helpful Truly organized and well stocked!! And if you're a Pro -X member It's a breeze! Checking out and With Side parking ..! A1

This location is not only unhelpful, but completely mismanaged. The first time I went, an employee charged a $300 purchase to my card three times somehow and had to ring us up four different times, totaling more than 30 minutes. They still have over $1000 of ours that has not been resolved. We went again to get some lumber for a project. About 20 people were waiting around for help. We walked around and found very few employees but they all said they were not available to help. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called the store and they “paged someone to help.” 15 more minutes later and I called again, only to be told that no one was working lumber and wouldn’t be for several hours. I requested that a sign be put up to inform the customers as now 30 of us had accumulated. They said management had been informed.

If you want to buy something that needs installation services, like windows, doors, or kitchen cabinets, I would highly recommend considering other option. My husband and I purchased 9 windows in November. I was pretty excited about that project, sales person was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately their service stops as soon as you pay them money. During installation in February they broke one of the the biggest windows in my living room. Glass from the window landed in my pool. I was told that glass replacement should take no more than two weeks. Same day after they left I realised that they installed a cheaper window option in one of the bedrooms. When I called them two weeks later, they said that my window replacement would take 6-8 weeks. I tried to explain that it was their fault, and we already had been waiting for more than 4.5 months, but nobody wanted to listen to me. I wanted to talk to manager, they took my number and never called me back. After that we called them a few times, but people in their customer service were extremely rude and indifferent to our problem. More than 2.5 months I am living with a wooden panel instead of glass, without ability to invite guests, and simply enjoy the light in my living room. Also I will need to pay for pool professional cleaning myself to make sure pool is safe to swim in. I keep calling them, but they cannot schedule any date for installation so far because of random issues. Please stay away from that store, believe me, their customer service is a nightmare.

The Covid safety practices are very good! Home Depot requires face masks for all of their customers. They require social distancing. Hand sanitizer is located at every entrance. The security team is visible and I felt very safe when I shopped at Home Depot.

She is right, but don't forget the price of lumber has skyrocketed....you might be able to snag one along the tracks....every now and then they leave extras from the jobs along the side of the tracks...just say'in....

Well I really messed that one up I thought you were asking about Windows. First of all you should know that this is Google Maps and we review everything everywhere. The people that do the reviews are people that are local usually that go to the places often and know quite a bit about them some of us usually want to look for reviewers that have over a hundred reviews or a high in a level 10 is the highest over six or they're usually pretty good reviewers ones that just have one or two or usually something they did because they didn't like something or other or they just started. As far as the screens go I would check with the website that advertises on TV quite often about these kinds of companies and they vet them and check the references and that kind of stuff I don't know if Home Depot does it you would have to go down and ask in person because I doubt you'll get anywhere on the phone.
