I love Home Goods, but had a very disappointing experience with one of the managers, Juan. I found a stain on my item and couldn't find another one. So I asked for a discount as it is damaged. First he said it's not damaged, it was how it was manufactured. Then he said they sometimes buy defective items. He took it away and proceeded to try and "clean" it. Then set it down and implied that I could take it or leave it. But refused to give me any discount. By the way, it was a $10 item and giving a 10% discount is fairly standard. I bought it because I don't really care about a dollar and will try to address the stain at home, but it was the principle. Juan is so dismissive and rude. His behavior indicates he doesn't care one bit about customer satisfaction. Completely disappointing.

This place seems to always have what I want for the house. Its great for bathroom and bedroom needs. Plus there's the odd nick knack that you can't find at a good deal. You can get lost strolling around for stuff. Staff is nice and there's plenty of parking outside. Stay safe out there people and be kind to one another!

It's a good place to go when looking for snacks, furniture, rugs or just random freebies. Some parts of the store are slightly disorganized with some items on the floor, but they're still pretty well kept. Some of the furniture at my house is from HomeGoods, so are some of the snacks. Pretty good place.
