I will say for selection they are spot on they have what you need but customer service in that place is awful. I have gone three times over the span of nine years that I’ve lived here and I don’t think they’ve been here the whole nine years but when we first moved to Temecula I went here because I didn’t want to give people who don’t care about my community my money but it is so hard to support your community when your community could care less about how they make you feel when you patronize them. when I walk into a store and I’m getting ready to spend my hard earned money I don’t need to feel like someone is doing me a favor and every time I go into that place I feel like they think that they’re doing me a favor by being here and I absolutely hate it and I struggle to go in. the last time I went into this place is probably about two years ago and it will probably be that long before I go back. I guess you have to be in the know to get good customer service here because I have yet to experience it. No one speaks when you walk in they see you walking around looking for stuff no one offers to help only some of their items are priced so you have to ask for the price and when you do it’s almost like you’re insulting them. the young man that help me today was great he was wonderful But the energy of the older woman in there is awful.

They have good selection and great customer service. I believe this is a Black owned beauty supply. I noticed that the items I was interested in were low in stock and weren't going to be stocked until a week or so when I would like to have my hair done so I unfortunately did not purchase anything this trip. I drove about an half an hour to this beauty supply to see hair I was planning on installing and purchasing in store however I didn't like the color in person so I hoped to opt out and try other colors. I hope they change the inventory soon and stock up on fan favorites. I didn't want to settle on hair I didn't want so I left empty handed.
