On Trac Several times has claimed my package was delivered and it was not. I have no idea where my package is and no one is taking accountability. On Trac is not my preferred Carrier. It’s the carrier for the shipper and Fashion Nova will loose customer if On Trac continues to deliver their goods.

if i could give 0 stars I would. This company is the WORST. if you can avoid them do yourself a favor and do not use them. They are liars. they are flakes. they say something is delivered but in fact never has been attempted. they wont provide proof. they just send one automated email after another. they just tell you to talk to the vendor. My leasing office has said they've seen their drivers just leave packages on top of lockers in highly populated areas for just anyone to take. and their tracking info says "in locker". its laughable. STAY AWAY AND DONT USE THEM,

I placed an order from Walmart to be shipped to my apartment. The order was not delivered to my apartment number instead it was left in the mailroom 3 stories down. When I place an order I do it for the convenience of having the order delivered to my APARTMENT. As a delivery person enters the building there is a sign in large font that reads "Attention Delivery Drivers! DO NOT leave packages in the mailroom. Deliver them to the resident apartment. If they are not home deliver the package to the leasing office. Thank you" On Trac delivery drivers have always left my packages in the mailroom which is three floors down from my apartment. On Trac Logistics statement. "Welcome to OnTrac! We provide an affordable logistics network that speeds up ground delivery so companies can delight shoppers with world-class service and save money on shipping." Which, is the opposite of what I have experienced. 09/14/2021 Unfortunately, the reply that this post received from OnTrac has not been addressed because the issue is still happening. I am convinced that On Trac is not a customer satisfaction driven company.

Fought with customer service on the phone for days to get my package delivered. They kept it as held at warehouse so showed up to pick it up. Saw all these packages just thrown out front. Half open pallets.. idk who these are for but I see a 5ft fridge. Tv, shop vac, many decent items. No security. No gates, nothing.. feel sorry for whoever these packages are going too. Never used OnTrac if possible
