This was the ABSOLUTE WORST meal and experience I have ever had there. Today is my Anniversary and I have been looking forward to a good steak all day and to celebrate with my husband. My 8 oz steak had about 7 ozs of fat, our server never came back to check on us until we were ready to leave and then they didn’t even compensate my bill. Thanks a lot for charging my $50 for a meal I didn’t even eat and for ruining my Anniversary’ dinner!

Had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday today. The bartender, DeAndre, was very professional, attentive, and made great drinks! Blackened chicken quesadilla was delicious. Great atmosphere. I originally came to get some ribs for my neighbor, but once I saw the menu and ordered that margarita, I was reeled in. The bar guests around me were super friendly. It was altogether a great time. After I paid, DeAndre said, "Come back and see us soon, and not just for your neighbor." :D Okay! I'll see ya soon!

Ordered hickory ribs, onion rings and a baked potato and it was delicious! Ordered it to-go and it was no wait. Kaley assisted in bringing my food to my car and was very professional. I recommend, although the sanitation score could use a little help.. It was a 91 as of 3/5/21. Also enjoyed shots of gin and the Ruby Relaxer. Update 5/6/22: BBQ ribs, corn, baked potato and fried shrimp. Salad was also delicious.

We ordered the queso burger and the Philly cheese steak, when we went to eat the sandwiches the bread was soggy and falling apart because they had been sitting in some type of sauce. We are not people to send food back so we dealt with it. Also we had ordered drinks and were just kind of grazing on our fries, the waiter kept walking by and just reached over and took my Husband's plate, did not ask if he was finished, just took it and walked away. I made sure that I moved my plate to the side so he couldn't do that with me, just because I am taking a break to drink does not mean I am finished. At the end of the meal I didn't like that the waiter just stood there while we were trying to discuss a tip and pay on the little machine they have. Give the customer a moment of privacy.
