Took a brand new sup pump in there an older blonde haired lady who is the manager, told me I had to have a receipt because it's new and refused to buy it. I thought the whole point of showing your ID was so if it's stolen they can track down who sold it by that. Anyways so a week later my son goes in and talks to the same woman about pawning a brand new golf set and double hot plate. She talks him into selling both to her for a measly $35 no receipt needed. So how can one person come in and need a receipt and another person doesn't? Answer: I am an adult and she couldn't get over on me so she refused the item by making up some lame excuse. Blake is a teenager who didn't know what the stuff was worth and she got over on him. Bad business practice. Won't ever shop there or do business there again.

This place should be called quick JUNK. I stopped by here to purchase a vacuum cleaner that I saw on offer up, so after using my GPS to find it due to just moving to the area I go inside to see the items. The manager comes up to help me. I let him know what I'm there for and he leads me in the right direction as we get to my item I asked him if everything works he said "OH YES" then proceeded to turn it on for about 30secs it took him a while to turn it on because at first he pulled out the hose, then he couldn't find the power button. I said great I'll take it we proceed to walk to the counter to cash out I asked about layaway he answered my question I paid and left. Over a 30min drive home I get home plug it up as he did in the store it worked for about 5mins and shut down and will not turn on I call the store and tell "THE MANAGER" what happened and this clown tells me there is nothing he could do if the item doesn't work because I didn't purchase a warranty with it....he stated that that's strange because they used it all the time in the store and never had that problem....THIS NOW HAVE ME PISSED AND THIS IS HOW I KNOW THAT THIS GUY IS A LIAR, FIRST IF YOU USED SOMETHING ALL THE TIME YOU WOULD KNOW HOW TO OPPERATE IT WITH NO PROBLEM YOU MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT HAVE TO FIND THE POWER BUTTON THEN I TELL HIM SOOOOO YOU TELLING ME THAT SENSE I DIDN'T PURCHASE A WARRANTY THAT YOU AS A MANAGER FAILED TO INFORM OR OFFER ME ABOUT IM PRETTY MUCH SCREWED. I TOLD HIM I WAS UNAWARE OF ANY WARRANTY DO TO JUST MOVING TO THE AREA. I then asked for store credit he said sorry nope so now I'm out of money because of a unprofessional ass manager who spends his day scamming people. So now I have to go take this vacuum to a shop to put a thermostat in it because it turns off every 5mins and will not turn on until 45 mins has passed so there was no way they used it everyday the the MANAGER stated I will never buy anything else from this place

My fiance has been there 3 times once with me each time the blonde manager treats him like nothing he brings in is worthy. Just now we took 3 silver chains and the guy had the $ out and she came up and told him "we can't do that" so we went to Riverside and sure enough they sold. She is cruel and rude and treats him like he's scum I'm sick of the treatment and others should know
