I ordered a cheese pizza at 5:36pm. It was finally delivered at 7:42pm. And it was wrong, completely wrong order. I called the store. They told me I could come pick up the correct order, but they would not be able to deliver it. This is the 2nd and last time that we have waited over 2 hours for our food. Never again.

The quality is good but a bit sparse with the ingredients. I ordered on line at 7:47 the prep time said 10-20 minutes for carry out. I arrived at 8:20 at the drive thru window, after paying the cashier said it would be about 7 minutes I asked why? I was told they just started making it and that's the way it is, if I didn't want to wait I could have a refund cause they were extremely busy. I parked waited to 8:35, went inside 6 employees there 3 working 2 standing and talking and the drive thru cashier wanting the manager to stop working to ring up his order. The order monitor had 4 orders waiting including mine. I received my order at 8:40.

Five stars because I go here all the time and most of the staff reads my instructions to square cut. On a more critical note: FIX YOUR DRIVE-THRU ALERT. I have sat at the window for ten minutes without being noticed and have seen others do the same. Still, good stuff. The staff is a bunch of weirdos and I love that.

VERY SLOW!!! This is the SLOWEST place I've ever seen. Delivery time said 45-55 minutes. It was stuck in the Prep stage for a hour and a half! Called the store to try and see what was going on or cancel the order but stayed on the phone for over 30 minutes without anyone answering so gave up on that. Finally after over an hour and a half the status changed and it finally went into the oven. And this wasn't the first time. Last time I ordered from here it sat in quality check for over an hour. I called the store and was told they were short delivery drivers but I could come pick it up if I wanted. Would have been nice to have received a call before my food sat there for an hour letting me know. Marco's Pizza is right across the street and always very fast and great service so it looks like from now on that's where we will be ordering from whenever we want pizza delivery.
