Beware of this company. I STORAGE. I don’t blame it on the local manager, but what they did is disgusting! They raised the price of BOTH my units in less than six months, at a BAD time when inflation is already a cancer! My 10x 20 space was raised 36.00 and larger space went from $369 to 429! And NO AIR CONDITIONING! This is in Desert Hot Springs! I cant move out in the middle of summer. Shameful. After I complained to the manager and told him I couldn’t afford such a high increase they said She would talk to the district manager and that he would call me. Well no call. Still waiting. Find it awful greedy companies like I Storage can get away with this and NO ONE in Calif regulates storage unit facilities rate increases! Who raises rents after 6 months???

There has been 2 break-ins in a few weeks. The thieves broke my Ignition Switch trying to take my motorcycle. Not recommended until they beef up security. The stolen dirt bikes are in DHS somewhere.

WARNING! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! They will know if you do not come in here daily and will break into your unit and steal Every Single item before morning. They have a deal with some very bad people. DO NOT TRUST the people who run/own this storage. This place is really where all your stuff goes to the flea markets in AZ and MX! Ive seen them trucking stuff out in the night and DHS police will do nothing.

Your catalytic converter WILL be stolen if you decide to leave your vehicle here. This place absolutely needs a nightly security guard but I know they’re too cheap to ever consider that. So glad I won’t be giving this place another dime even if it means my vehicle will now be going to the junk yard. DO NOT RENT HERE
