The place is well kept, I would have given it 5 stars if their online booking wasn’t a burden to their employees and created a poor experience for customers. Between what the online offers and what the in person attendants say and do, the customer ends up loosing because of their small letter policies and procedures.

Reserved on line, went in to check in and was told never book online, always come see first. Now I know why. Space was two smaller spaces with the middle wall knocked out so access was through two smaller doors (requiring two locks). One door wasn't working and would need to be fixed by maintenance. I paid via credit card online but was advised I could only use debit card for monthly payments. Entire process left bad taste in my mouth so I cancelled. Was advised they don't do refunds so I am out the $22 of my deposit.

I am constantly denied gate access to my storage unit, I pay on time and I have talked to the manger a few times about this problem and it’s been about three months now and I still can’t gate access, and yes I do put in my correct code. Going to move to a different storage because this is seriously annoying and unprofessional.

I was in a real pinch when my car broke down. But lucky for me I had amazing service when I visited storamerica on locust avenue. Paige showed excellent patience to help get everything sorted out with my vehicle!! She was able to give me a safe spot to store it while I looked for a buyer. A++ service!!
