The good thing is you can miss up to 6 questions out of 25. As far as the staff, just stay silent and listen to them. Cause is very easy to get frustrated at them cause they treat you like you are stupid. But don't mind just go for what you to do with all them documents end of the story. Wait time is auful so I recommend picking an appointment at a day you would be the least busy cause from 7am to 5pm you spending most of your time in there. If you are going without one get some water and an umbrella cause you waiting outside.

Overall my experience was pleasant in the end and I was in and out to renew my driver's license in about 30 minutes or so that I am very happy about that. The key is to get an appointment... HOWEVER The gentleman who was at the front desk at 4:15pm Monday 6/13/2022, was the angriest and unpolite man I have ever had to talk to. It felt like this guy got angry with me for even breathing. I understand these guys have a tough job and they have to put up with a lot. But I was simply there to renew my license I had all the documents I needed plus extra if he needed. He made everyone in the room uncomfortable . Anyway once I got passed him the lady at desk 4 was very friendly and helpful. Plus the supervisor looked like a really friendly guy... So all in all, if you have the patience to get passed that guy at the front desk, you may be in and out within 30 minutes, if you have an appointment.

Took my daughter to get her learners permit. Highly recommend making an appointment, as wait-list only gets in if there is a no-show. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism while also keeping the atmosphere light.

Once I actually got to a worker, the process itself of getting my license was fairly quick and easy. However the process as a whole is really not working well. I had an appointment time at 1:30 and didn't leave the building until about 3:15pm. Their was no communication on what to do when you get there. I went inside to check in for my appointment and was told to go back outside. I was confused and asked if I needed to check in and they said they come outside for us. Their were two lines waiting outside, one was people with appointments and one was those without but their was no clear indication. I started standing on the without appointment and chatting with someone and another person's like if you have an appointment you go over there. Once they call you appointment time slot you enter the building to get a ticket number and continue to wait.. I tried using the restroom while waiting and I was greeted by the picture below. Where is the bathroom stall door? Overall the process wasn't the worst, I always expect some waiting at DMVs so I came prepared with a charged phone and my Switch, but considering I had to make my appointment over 2 months ago I did expect the process to be a little more on time. Also that bathroom really should be fixed. :/

I'll let you know I'm here now. They open at 8am Monday - Friday and close at 5pm. NO Saturday service.
Yes. They should give you a paper copy if you're taking a new picture if not they'll probably just mail you a duplicate.
I think everyone has to have an appt. They must schedule a few at the same time because they have multiple stations to serve people.
