More than 6 months paying on time and no steam room. This is so sad I wish they would actually care about the customers needs when they sell you the membership it comes with a working steam room. The staff is nice and helpful. Please get this fixed the only reason i pay for this membership is for the steam room.

Although it doesn’t matter now since there closed they did not tell anyone about the closing only employees like I was the day like before it closed. I will never get a membership at a gym because this is what gyms do, close suddenly and don’t care about refunding people’s payments. I hope everyone that was a member here gets refunded.

Dirty and run down. A little disappointed after all the years of seeing great racquetball tournaments there. If I was in charge of making racquetball great again. I would not show off my treasures (IRT RACQUETBALL PROFESSIONALS) in a trash can. They and we have Earned better.

I had a very bad experience here and will not return. A blatant disregard of rules and inability of management to help. The club is in disrepair. Mens jacuzzi and steam rooms have not worked in months. Womens steam room has not worked in forever and jacuzzi only works occasionally. The pool is overheated and has been closed three times ( once for two weeks). Please research before u go to this gym
