I found everything I needed, but my dad was looking for a cologne & everything was good. They didn’t have it there which was okay with us and we said thank you to the girl & she gave my dad a weird face. The reason why you’re working is to help customers and be well mannered to your customers.

If you’re POC do not recommend. Was not helped the entire time I was in store and was just being followed by this big bird looking employee with a pink cross purse. Felt racially profiled and made me feel very uncomfortable. Was eventually helped out but while talking to an employee he aggressively moved me to the side so some white girls could walk by. My friend and I were both taken aback. Worst experience ever. Did not feel POC queer friendly

The lady at Sephora was very nice. The only problem is that I couldn't return some items due to the Sephora being inside of JC Penny's and credit back to my card (not JC Penny's) card). Had to go to a Sephora store on its own.
