I will never go to Autobell again. I had to clean the console myself and the vacuum was not done properly. This is the second time this has happened. I excused the first after they did it over, this time it was worse. I pod and still have to clean my car again.

I have been to my fair share of Autobells in my lifetime but this is by far the worst one I have been to yet. I live in the University area so it is convenient for me to go there as it is so close. I have been twice now. The first time I went it was around 30 minutes until they closed. I was never asked what fragrance I wanted in my car so I had to tell them. Then, I had absolutely no guidance on where to go after I exited the car wash. After they finished cleaning my car, I got in and quickly realized there was no fragrance, my rear view mirrors were dirty & there was still dirt & crumbs visibly on the floors and seats. I gave them the benefit of the doubt considering I came in somewhat close to closing & they may have just been tired and wanted to go home. I did go back the next morning & asked them to run it back through and vacuum/polish again and they did no questions asked, so that restored my hope. Today, I went through giving them a second chance, and it was the same situation again. No guidance, they didn’t ask what fragrance (I had to tell them myself again), When you’re paying for the most expensive carwash there, you would expect a little better right? When they finished, I got in my car and thankfully this time there was fragrance (not much, but at least there was some) and it seemed pretty clean at first glance. I looked under my seats and in plain site there were still small crumbs, small pieces of straw wrappers, etc. How do you miss that? Only giving two starts as the younger gentlemen washing my car have always been kind and attended to my needs. This time I did have them go back in the backseat and vacuum again. Everything just seems so half-as*ed there. Won’t be retuning :(

Loved how they attend to the car. Did not give 5 stars due to not being asked about the scent i wanted in my clean car. I didn't get an air freshner at all. For $26.00 you should get all the bells and whistles, and better tired shining. I had to touch up when i get home. Not to happy about that.

Totally dissatisfied with the service provided today. I chose Armor All Special and paid $36.99 for each car and $30 as a tip by trusting them. Not going there anymore..
