Whoever the lady is on the closing shift is just as rude and nasty as you could be. I ordered a pizza at 9:15. It arrived at 10:58pm. The store called and left a message saying they were outside. I went downstairs and checked both sides of the street. Nothing. I then called the store back. Nothing. I repeated this 6 times, and got nothing. I go to the store and arrive at 11:15pm(the store is about 8 minutes away). I see the closer exiting and I ask her if there was anyway I could get those pizzas I'm sure they brought right back. Got "you should've answered the phone,.......... were closed". Now I used to work at a pizza hut and I know exactly what happened to my $40 order. I'd be willing to bet its not in the trash. The lady also told me the order was canceled which I can't find any evidence of. Wouldn't be the first time pizza hut claimed they delivered then ignored my refund request. But this time i actually have "the time". Crazy how I was sooo patient with my wait time but when the pizza arrived at 3 minutes before close they couldn't wait 3 minutes. Stood outside for like 10 minutes thinking maybe he was on the way when they called. I can't do pizza hut anymore. They don't care.

Ordered Pizza for pick up at 12.30pm on May 1 2022. Pizza was nice and hot and ready. However, I realized I was overcharged and called the store immediate after driving off, I initially spoke to the immature drive thru window clerk who did not understand math. She ask me if I wanted a credit amd then ask me to jold on, a female manager picked of the phone within a few minutes in an obnoxious, callous and arrogant manner. I informed her that I just explained the overcharge error to the rude drive thru window clerk. I also informed that I was not repeating myself. Oh boy! She blew a fuse. 0 to 100 in 2 seconds. Ms. Manager and drive thru window clerk! YOUR FIRED! Will not be back! Ms. Manager and drive window clerk., change your demeanor and be more friendlier to your customers. Have a Happy Sunday! I'm heading to the beach!

The pizza was supposed to take 60-75 minutes to be delivered. Tracey , the rude, unprofessional, and lying manager kept stating the order was on its way. I only live 6 minutes from the restaurant. 90 minutes later.... Nothing. I cancelled the order and went with the competitor. They were able to make 2 large pizza and provide the pizzas in 20 mins. Never again Pizza Hut...never again
