I just want to say that the staff at this location is amazing. Tonight we lost power and they lost internet, meaning that all the online orders flooded the store all at once when they were back online. I waited 2 hrs for my pizza but that is not their fault. When I called the store for info the gentleman that answered explained the situation and was so kind. I could tell they were slammed. The delivery driver double checked my food and apologized for the wait. The poor woman had 7 orders to deliver all at once and more still to go. I have always had good experiences here and the food quality is excellent, best delivery chain around. Thank you to the staff of this location for all of your hard work!!!!

Do not order from this Domino's. They will deliver your food to the wrong address. Then when you call they do not answer. They in fact pick up the phone and then hang up on you. After 30 minutes of calling back because you desperately do not want to leave the house ( that's why you ordered delivery in the first place) they show up with cold pizza, the wrong pizza and when you try to address it they will tell you the app misinformed you. I do not understand how they even managed to get cold, burnt, and under cooked all in the same box. To remedy the situation I was offered 20% off one menu item. Not the entire order...1 item. I do not want this. I instead want the $50 I spent on pizza, the $4 delivery fee, and the $10 tip I gave the driver. The food wasn't even edible, it went straight to the dumpster. The migraine it caused me and the fact that 3 kids wouldn't even touch it is not worth it. I repeat DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Ordered two large pizzas and an order of cheese sticks at 5:12pm. Was told delivery would be made in 20-30 minutes. At 6:00 I called to check in...was told drivers were out and it would be a matter of minutes. At 6:20 I called again and was told they'd made a mistake, that it had been marked as carry out. Verified it wasn't my mistake. I won't be back. Seems like what used to be the simplest things are nearly impossible these days.

I ordered last night, I was disgusted to find some of my wings had already been eaten, I called up to the store and the manager sounded as if he didn't care, we asked for the GM name and when he would be in the store we called up there today and was offered 2 free meals, I just don't think that is enough personally, my food had someone elses mouth on it and they act like its not a problem.. it's ruined the whole meal for me, I have ordered previously and they have been good forgot a few things but good.. but this is just flat out disgusting will never order from this location again.. recommend you don't either.. I will be calling the health department..

I've personally never been disappointed and my advice would be to reach out to the store you purchased from and if no resolution ask for a corporate number I hope this helps because Dominos is sum damm good grub!!!!
