I drove an hour to see this gallery because of the reviews and the minute I walked through the door with the camera a woman who I assume was the owner was incredibly rude. I asked what should I not take pictures of out of respect and all she said was "It is very simple just take pictures of some things." It ruined my experience, the moment I walked through the door. I feel like my 1 hour drive was a complete waste. As a former geology student I am disgusted by the customer service. It may be a beautiful gallery but it is not worth giving any attention if that is how they're going to treat respectful members of the public. Simply have a sign that states no pictures instead of being rude.

The gorgeous pieces in this location are absolutely worth the trip. I wish my camera would convey how spectacular their pieces are. Everything is priced very reasonable. There really is something in every price range and I definitely recommend checking it out. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review is because customer service was lacking. We arrived 45 minutes before they closed and the one salesman had a customer. He was answering their questions right up until closing time. After he checked them out he looked at us and said "we are about to close." I of course had many questions about items that I wanted to purchase. He gave me short, vague answers. Then he turned all of the lights off. My son and I left with a couple of small stones but definitely not the purchase I was hoping for. There was another woman in the back the whole time. I wish someone had asked us if we are interested in anything or needed help. I was very interested in purchasing one of their large crystals for my Spa. Customer service can make or break a business. They lost a $5,000+ sale due to their lack of interest in our purchase.

I'm not sure about that in particular but I've found that with most crystals/stones they have a variety of prices, from a $2 piece of amethyst to a $5,000 piece of amethyst, in diff stones/crystals
Yes, we have small tumbled pieces of jade
We have a very small selection (under 20 pieces), but we do not specialize in cabochons.
