My friend and I came in earlier, and the customer service was great, but the shop had a really weird odor and it seems like the ventilation was bad? Made for an unpleasant experience where we were just in a hurry to get out.

Very nice shop with varied, quality vape goods. The man working there was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about his job, which is in contrast with many other vape shops I have been to. I don't remember the name of the man working there, but if you see this: you were right. That vape juice you recommended tastes exactly like fruity pepples!

Had to stop in cause I unfortunately dropped my vape and was reading “check atomizer” . Tank was all messed up and glass was almost impossible to take off! They helped me in no time and got it all fixed and even changed my coil for me! They were fantastic and if I am ever in town again, I will definitely be coming back!

Outstanding local business that goes above and beyond to help customers. Great example, I called 3 minutes before the shop was scheduled to close (was 7 minute drive out from shop); I asked if they would mind to stay open a few minutes longer because I was out of juice; and they not only stayed open for me, they grabbed the items I wanted so that it was ready when I got there. If you vape, I highly recommend visiting this shop. They have high quality items, fair prices, and every employee is extremely knowledgeable about their products. They can make recommendations about what fits your needs best, what juices to buy based on the flavor/experience you want, and will take the time to help resolve problems should they arise. The owners are more than willing to help resolve issues and you can tell they promote a positive work environment. For example, if you look at the most recent bad review, you will see that even though the customer was not satisfied they were more than willing to do more than what should have been expected to resolve the issue. I've been to other vape shops before, and they don't even come close to the quality of service you'll receive at Asheville Vapor.
