Space rents have gone up quite quickly; in my opinion makes it difficult to sell as one of the homeowners in this park. Also no new rental agreement will be approved unless you lock yourself into permanent contract with Spectrum Cable. The clubhouse is quite well maintained but very dated in appearance, laundry room is not nice.

As long as One Buyer or renter it's 55years old. You're allowed to have an underage person, Disabled or not. ( 18years old it's the minimum age.). hopefully this helps!.
