After contacting Google Support and chatting with a support specialist detailing the problem with my Google Pixel 6 Pro, that was unresponsive to touch with dead pixels. He went through several trouble shooting steps so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle or inconvenience of performing those again. There is no physical damage (no cracks, scratch or dent). He confirmed that as the device comes with in warranty repair and I have two options to get the issue fixed. The fastest way to get my phone repaired is to visit their Asurion (uBreakiFix) partner for repair service and that they are able to repair phones as quickly as the same day you drop it off. The second option is Google Mail in. I opted for the repair at uBreakiFix and scheduled an appointment for the repair. On the day of the appointment, the person behind the counter asked what type of phone I had (Pixel 6 Pro). He said with that phone they couldn't do the repair as I waited, and that I would have to leave it there because they didn't have time that day and it would take 2 1/2 hour or so to do the repair. He looks at the phone, takes it out of the case and said the LDC is cracked (note that there is no physical damage) and it's not covered under warranty and it would cost me close to $300 for the repair. I told him I had talked to Google Support and they sent me here for the warranty repair. He said nope that the dead spot is a result of an internal screen damage and wasn't covered under the warranty. What a waste of time and a total scam to make money. I left and called Google Support; this time talked to another specialist and she went through several trouble shooting steps. I even sent her pictures of the phone and since the option of doing the repair at uBreakiFix was no longer an option, I could mail it in and they will ship me an other phone. I got my replacement phone under warranty and everything is working, no thanks to uBreakiFix. If I could I would give it a -5 star. Don't waste your time and money taking it there!

We took my moms Iphone to Apple because the screen went Black. The Apple "EXPERTS" took a look at it and said the screen was broken and had to pay $200. We looked for cheaper options and were sent to Ubreakifix as they have better prices but the gentlemen here were honest and checked the phone and saw it didnt need a screen all it needed was to be reset. They saved us $200 and didnt even charge us. Would recommend every single time.

Two thumbs down don’t waste your time!! Took my iPhone to be fixed as they advertise on there website and so it seem they don’t repair phones since they sent me else were. Also upon my arrival a customer was arguing with the sales associate due to that they had lost his phone. Red flag!!!!!! Skip this place at all cost!!!!

I went in because of a storage/memory issue on my phone that my servicer/ carrier was unable to solve when I called. These guys figured it out within a few short minutes!! They're great!! Sebastian was kind and provided a fast professional and respectful service. I definitely recommend.

If you take it there, they can fix it. But when my phone did that I downloaded the apple support app on my phone and they walk me through the troubleshooting process and my phone was back working.
The screen cost me $99
I don't know if they can fix the back, but I'm sure they can replace the screen. Give them a call.
Hello Beatriz, Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear that your Samsung A52 needs a screen repair. If you may please respond with your zip or postal code and phone number I would be happy to locate your nearest store as well as schedule an appointment. Kind Regards, Raenata

That I don't know, call and ask?
Just call them and you can find out! Their hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sounds like you need to give them a call.
It costs like 80 dollars.
I would suggest shopping around for this, as this place was pricey in my opinion
