We just visited this awesome business with a Microsoft razor computer issue. Our issue was solved on the spot, with total satisfaction and they are very honest and reasonable guys. I highly recommends if you are in the Coconut Grove or Gables area this is a great, quick, and honest solution.

Excelent experience. Broke my phone's screen at 9:40 am. Called several places until I found this place & their price was lower & could fix it right away. I drove to them, dropped it off & phone was ready in 2 hours. Parking is a little difficult but thankfully there are 2 handicap spaces which we qualify to use therefore parking was not an issue for us. Their location is on the 2nd floor so it is also easy to miss but the staff is great & answers the phone to guide & help you find them. I will definatelly continue coming here for all my cell phone & tablets repair needs.

I think it varies... my son iPhone 6s screen shattered to pieces.. it was extremely expensive but the fixed it.. he had to purchase a iphone kit/package, plus the repairs it was a hour wait but they charged me $182.00.. when we traded it in for a upgrade in March.. no issues or problems from sprint
You might be having a bootloop, send to LG for repairs, they'll do it even if out of warranty
