The is not clean rude and restock. I used this store as a convenient store. Not all smith's are like this.. I hold the regional manager at blame..that Kroger way...

Produce is sad, meat department has poor quality control and steaks are sliced both unevenly and not directly against the grain. Products are out of stock everywhere, and prices are constantly changing. Price tags often are outdated among the entire store, so you can see something that appears to be a great deal but then you check out and you are paying 200% more. Be careful and watch out for expired tags. Astonishing considering retail produce and meats are typically supplied from the same major corporations. Other retailers appear to look great in their stores even during the pandemic, and they are still keeping prices low. Smith's brand itself is an absolute failure and no better in quality than generic brands. Why would Kroger (Parent company of Smith's) bother with such thin profit margins around the products themselves and not take good care of those products and even the store itself while paying low wages to employees and allowing their executives to bonus millions every year (not including their salary and regular compensation)?? You can see online the information -- that is available to anyone -- they are obligated to report to the SEC. I purchased 20 items on March 14 2022 and also found that the plastic bags are not manufactured to a consumer standard or quality inspected to uphold that standard. My bags came with 1 loop to carry only, the seam on the side without a handle tore upon lifting one of the bags. Pictures shown. Smith's is usually a negative experience for me, but this store especially. Walking around you see dirt, dust, debris, open packages of products spilling everywhere, sticky packaging, severely dented cans, smells of ammonia near the raw chicken in the back of the store, and products + pallets laid out on the floor obstructing aisles and products. Monitors are also mounted from the ceilings and display how you appear on camera. They are really low and intrusive. Additionally, at this location they block areas off with shopping carts at night assumingly to prevent theft, but this may be an issue if there is a fire hazard or chemical hazard in the event that people need to evacuate, when you walk around the store there is only 1 fire exit in the very back of the store on the southwest side. If a fire were to happen around here and the front of the store is blocked to prevent people getting out it would be a tragedy. Blocking exits is NOT the way to treat customers. Consumers should be more vocal about the decline of retail quality and stop biting the bullet for executives who are interested more in profits. This location specifically has that really run down small town western vibe... but here we are. In Murray. I don't see any good reason why I would choose smith's over any other retailer. And so I won't shop Smith's until robust changes are made.

Kroger's bought Smiths and this Smiths has gone downhill fast. Try getting customer service. It's a joke. They don't care about customers. Read the latest reviews on here and you'll get the picture. Go to WinCo. It's much cheaper and the employees actually act like they care.

I’ve reviewed another smiths, I just can’t believe how hard it is to find good produce. If most of your stuff looks bad, why display it? Why have it available? What if someone buys it and gets sick from rotten food? This is getting ridiculous considering every ad I see is “our produce is the freshest” By the way, all of the stuff shown here was mushy to the touch.

From open to 8 or 9 pm according to the employee I spoke with.
Yes either when you walk in it right as you walk out
No
Yes but u should call and ask about fees...i heard something recently about visa and fees at POS.
Judging by their regular prices, it'll be $10-$16 for a 4 pound pork roast. Their pork prices generally range from $2.29-$3.99 per pound depending on the cut and quantity.
No, it is packaged in plastic with very few choices and may have been there a long time. Hit and miss on quality. They used to sample one kind and you could be better certain of quality.
9pm
They help 9am to 9pm. Is the time that the customers service is open
