Placed online order 5 days ago for next day in-store pickup. When I did not receive a conformation after two days I stopped in and the rep that assisted me was very rude and said cant help because they are short staffed and the order person is sick. I called today (4 days after original pickup time) and was told they are short staffed and I can come look for it in the store myself. Woman on he phone was nice enough to see if it was in stock and after a hold, informed me they do not have the item so my order would be canceled. If its not available in store the website should not allow orders to be placed for next day pickup. I could have shipped to my home but now it wont arrive on time. I understand there is a shortage on workers but this store really needs more help.

They showed up a 40% for each jeans at display, and we end up paying the whole price for one and 50% off for the second one. We talked with the manager and she just removed the tag from the display and she said that they just switched promotions that second. Customer service was really bad and they just lie to the costumers. Never coming back!

I want to share my experience with Nereyda at express, she went above and beyond to help me out with my purchases. She stayed a bit over her shift to make sure I had enough time to buy what I need it. She even gave me extra time to pick my merchandise even though the store was already closed. I never felt rushed or pressure to leave. Outstanding customer services!

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected Territories. Business days are limited to M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, not including holidays. The Express fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States holidays.
