Fast repair, but not a good one! Brought my phone here a few months ago to have it repaired for water damage and a broken charging port. Had to wait a day for a replacement part to come in, but had the repair done in about a hour the following day. Today my phone stopped working for an unknown reason and when I brought it back in they were unable to identify the issue after several hours. Took it to another repair shop, by someone's recommendation, and was contacted within a hour that there was still water in the phone (I haven't taken it anywhere near water since having it fixed so it wasn't new) and that it had caused internal damage; I was also told that the phone's back plate had been broken during the first repair. Very disappointed with the quality of the repair and shocked that they couldn't identify this overlooked issue after having it at their store for several hours! Really the only positive I can say at this point is that they didn't charge me for their failed attempts to fix the damage. Happy to revise this review if the owners reach out to me about refunding the original repair!

I'm always a fan of finding local businesses with exceptional service and I have to post something here about Pc Mobile - Leesburg. This shop is fast, reliable and has become my one-stop for PC and peripheral repairs, donating equipment for recycling or parts, frankly anything I can think of with the upkeep of the office automation in my school/business. Highly recommended over box store computer service departments, you may know some. It's always been great for me to work with local techs who know exactly what they are doing and have been around a while. And they sell and fix mobile devices.

Best customer service, best verity of quality products, beautiful location and staff. This has been the only tec company I purchase from for years. The candy dish is always full and the music is always on point. The whole vibe of this place just screams black excellence.
