My "go to" store, but I wish there was someone always dedicated to the fish. It's a turn off to see dirty water and dead fish. It's enjoyable if the staff person knows their fish, too.

I must say this is my favorite pet smart around the area! I’ve been coming here for my fishes and my giant day Geico and now since I became a dog mom I come here for my puppy too!! Lol. Everyone is always so helpful and willing to assist you very quickly. The associates are always so engaged in trying to get to know your pet and greeting not only you but them too. I wanted to specifically give a HUGE shoutout to CASSANDRA! She is AWESOME! She is super helpful and knowledgeable. She first saw Bruno when he was 2 months old and remembered him every time we would come in the store (He is now 9 months). We even join beginner training classes specifically because of Cas. We enjoy going to Kentlands PetSmart because we know we will have someone who is honest and someone who truly cares for the well being of our Bruno. We just want to say thank you from the bottom of our heart. We truly truly appreciate you! Especially the chicken lover Bruno :)

Great experience getting my dog's nails trimmed. One customer allowed in the grooming salon at a time, due to Covid restrictions. They took Rex and gave me an invoice. By the time I bought some rabbit treats and paid in the retail store, an employee was waiting with Rex outside the salon, in the store foyer. Inexpensive, no appointment needed.

I generally go here to purchase aquarium supplies. During covid they have had the best selection of mystery snails compared to others in the area. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful Sometimes the items are cheaper online but they will match the price in store so keep an eye out for that.
