BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed an online order over two weeks ago, my credit card was charged and the item was NEVER shipped. I emailed support several times and they kept making excuses but never corrected the problem. Instead they kept perpetuating their lies and created a shipping label but never shipped the item. Their physical store is okay but severely understaffed. Stay away from their online shopping. There’s no phone number to call for support and when trying to reply to their support email, my emails were rejected by their system. Each time I had to create a new support request.

Lisa at the check out counter was fantastic. She was helpful, kind, and patient when my spouse and I were shopping for office decorations. Lisa was willing to offer helpful advice with our questions and she went above and beyond for us. Thank you Lisa for being a stellar employee and an overall kind human being!

Amazing store. Lots of furniture but doesn’t have verity. Very pricy. I didn’t really u Fergana’s the concept of this store. Store is bigger then a football field but doesn’t have enough product to accommodate more the.half of the stuff homes actually needs. All I saw was the lamps,chairs,table, bath stuff and some gardening stuff and mirrors. Not a bad store but this doesn’t have product for a complete house make over
