The staff at Saybrooke is second to none. When I have made requests, even if it was after office hours, on a few occasions, Jean, the Assistant Community Director, has brought items to my unit. This level of care is priceless. When staff are out of the office, they cover one another and handle requests & emails quickly & efficiently. Before I realized that someone was being cross-trained in a new role, I had made a request that had not been taken care of for 1 or 2 days; I assumed that Jean was out of the office, and he was. The moment he returned from vacation, my request was handled immediately. The units, buildings & grounds are well maintained & the community is generally quiet. If you’re looking for a well cared for, quiet community (where the buildings are even power washed once yearly (I think)) with caring, professional, friendly, & efficient staff, this is your home. Kristen, the Community Director has been such a pleasure to work with as well. It is a pleasure to work with caring professionals that feel like family.

I moved here in the beginning of the pandemic Aug 2020 and I have greatly enjoyed my time here. Jean Carlos is probably the most helpful person I have ever rented from. This man will help you with everything you need and help in making your new place feel like a home. Really enjoy this apartment complex. Great location and great prices

OK, I'll start with the neighborhood.. Well groomed and convenient, as for our time living here. Very quick response for any maintenance call I have done, and a grate professional team at the maintenance department. Getting to the reason I'm even writing this review is the young man sitting at the front desk. Jean. This individual is one of kind. A long story short I was at my first time back to the states since the year 2000 so basically I didn't understand the whole process of leasing an apartment... The second I met Jean all my worries were gone. Took us through step by step and in a matter of two days, I moved in my new apartment. He is very dedicated to his job, and is always there to greet you with a smile. If you have any interest in moving to sybrook apartments, don't settle talking to anyone but Jean. We will never forget our first house at our new beginning, and definitely not Jean for guiding us the right way.

There are many good things I can say about living at Saybrooke apartments, actually there isn’t a single bad thing I can say. But this review is about one specific thing that made this experience from good- to exceptionally wonderful. We are a young couple coming from a foreign country, in desperate search for Our firs apartment in the states. very excited but somewhat lost and a little clueless. Until we met Jean. At the very first moment we got the best energy, smile, big hearted and caring person to help us and we felt so lucky. Every step of the way he was there for us, for every question, every concern, and all with so much patience. Never rushing you and giving you the feeling that your asking for too much, no matter what. Jean- thank you for everything, you were much more for us then a guy from the office. Your kind heart and meaningful words will be with us wherever we go.
