Michell at E & K Group was very impressive … she gets my personal “AM Best” rating of A+. I first contacted Teresa at E & K, who asked that I complete a homeowners questionnaire. I completed the questionnaire and submitted it on Friday. Because Teresa was out of the office on Friday, I appreciated that she passed my information along to her associate, Michell. Michell picked up the ball and ran with it. She quickly reviewed my responses to the questionnaire and immediately emailed me some follow-up questions and asked me to send her some supporting documents. I sent them mid-day Monday and she provided me with several quotes that same afternoon. By Tuesday, we had secured all of the desired coverages (less than 3 business days). Amazing! Michell was efficient, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. She not only answered all of my questions, but also provided easy explanations of differences between coverages. For example, she helped me understand the reason one quote for an umbrella policy was higher than another was the added cost for “uninsured motorist” coverage. Most important, I felt that Michell listened to us (my husband and me) and understood our insurance needs and desires. Michell was an excellent insurance counselor and truly provided exceptional service. We are so happy to now be doing business with the E & K Insurance Group.

I have been dealing with Michell Merker at E & K Insurance for many years for various policies and have always had an excellent experience.
