Sendy or sandy was rude , disrespectful toward me and other customer . He doesn’t know how to treat customers. He isn’t knowledgeable about Russ merchandise and he accused people. I am very very unhappy and felt disrespectful.

I wanna say a big thank you to the security guard miss Kim! I came in without a cart and came to the very front ( kinda looked like I was leaving almost ) and she asked me was every thing okay. I had shopped around and ended up with a full cart and had to go grab something from across the street first and she made sure the items in my cart were not picked at or put back for about 10-15 minutes. She also want very helpful with getting all my items into the car , so a huge thank you to her ! Ross is lucky to have her!

We got to Ross early today. No lines found some great shirts and thing's for the twins. Even found a couple of toy's they liked. Only if we could have got into Trader Joe's long line twins don't like lines.
