I was on a trip and was in Miami Beach when I got a flat tire. I brought the tire to Tire Choice and left it there to be repaired. I expected to be told I had to buy new tire. When I came back they said the valve stem was bad and replaced it. They switched the tire with my spare and brought me the car. I thought I would be charged at least $45. Imagine my surprise when they told me there was no charge!!! WOW. Great place to trust for your car repairs.

This place is a rip off; I went with a nail in my tire which was fully inflated; 30 minutes later they called me and told me the tire was unrepairable and that I should buy a new set of tires. Based on previous reviews about this place and how fast they called me to say it could not be repaired I became suspicious; immediately I went to another tire repair shop; they dismounted the tired and they showed me the nail had a big head but it was 3 millimeters depth; the nail never penetrated the air chamber and it was extremely superficial; price for this repair $ 10 dollars. Not only they did not do what they were suppose to do but on top of it they used my sense of urgency to attempt to sell me a whole new set of tires which my car still did not need. Very dishonest place

I had read some reviews about abusive staff, as well as overselling merchandise, but decided to try this place as it was close to where I live. The staff member Frank that I delt with was understanding and informative. He did not try to sell me anything that I didn't request. I notice the other staff was also very helpful to other customers. I think that the stores management has resolved those issues that were brought up in the negative reviews. I would return to this store without hesitation..

Make sure you come with lots of time to spare. Took me 30 minutes to drop it off and so far 20 minutes waiting to pick it up, even though there was nobody on front of me. Add 10 more minutes waiting to move the car blocking mine. Other than that tires are good and they guy at the counter was nice. Car was done in a couple of hours like they promised.
