Very bad experience bad organized poor therapist no help they just take your money. Careless people. How do I get my money back. How to go about a complaint with the city. These type of organization shouldn't be open. My experience here is a nightmare. Please listen to the bad reviews if you care for your love ones and there wellbeing. I took over 15 session 50 dollar per session. My time my energy is something you doy get back. This place is horrible.

This place is horrible they rip you off and don’t communicate at all . Sina needs to get fired she’s so rude and always hanging up in clients faces and lies about situation going on . I have called multiple Times to see what’s going on it’s been 4 months I completed everything and I still haven’t seen my child .

Clouded Empire

So i need to register to see my newborn daughter. Right now i can only see her through video(fine) want to charge the same fee(fine) want to hang up with no compassion when a father is trying to see his child. One move short of professional. Seems like a recurring issue here. First time coustumer!

Bored to Death

Horrible! They didn't return my calls I had to call them several times. When I finally reach them the customer service lady hung up on me five times because my ex-wife had accuse me of domestic violence which is completely false so these people are over there making their own laws shooting from the hip and basically costing the company lots of money. I've noticed that it's almost impossible to find any number except for their main office in Fullerton I would really like to contact their corporate if anybody has information on contacting their corporate office please respond
