Very inflexible studio. I arrived 1 MINUTE late (was driving all the way from Coral Gables because I really wanted to try their hot Pilates class) and the teacher Julia Malvido would not open the door for me, even though she was looking out of the window and SHE SAW ME me wave at her repeatedly. She straight up ignored me and pretended not to see me. I stayed for about 20 minutes outside and tried calling, knocking and waving and she straight up ignored me. She was mostly focused on recording the students (which is very weird already and gives me the impression that they’re more worried about SHOWING off the studio for Instagram than ACTUALLY welcoming new potential clients IRL). I understand that you need to respect people’s time and I was truly embarrassed and was going to apologize to the teacher right away, but her inflexibility gave me the impression that the teachers are very rude and uptight. I’ve been to MANY studios throughout my life and NEVER encountered such a unwelcoming and uptight attitude, especially towards new clients. It almost seemed like they wanted you to miss the class so they can charge you the additional cancellation fee. Don’t go unless you live within 2 blocks of this place and you’re not a normal human being who encounters traffic in Miami. Also, If you’re going to teach anything and you want to be strict and enforce a tardiness policy (I’m a teacher too), you still need to be empathetic and accept that: 1. People are humans and sometimes things happen and they’re are genuinely not trying to be disrespectful to your class; 2. your studio is located in Miami Beach and for people who don’t usually come here (like me) it might be hard to find it; 3. Accidents happen; 4. Parking is hard to find (and I could continue the list….) Anyways never coming back here again.

I did my first hot yoga experience in the form of a 90 minute Bikram practice. I found the facility to be clean, the instructor professional, and the whole experience very enjoyable.

I love Glow Hot Yoga Studio. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer traditional Bikram Hot Yoga and that's exactly what I was looking for. Traveling all over the world I have noticed that it was more and more difficult to find a classic 90 minutes Bikram classes. The heat loosens the joints and intensifies the workouts for maximum results. I have practiced here over several years coming back and forward from Europe and this yoga truly my favorite place.Yoga has improved my life dramatically .. I have enjoyed seeing the studio grow and flourish . Thank you Glow Hot Yoga for all you provide for us!

I practice Bikram regularly, so wanted to check out a local studio while visiting from out of town this past weekend. The studio was excellent - I enjoyed two classes on Sunday and Monday with two different instructors. Lots of classes offered every day at various times. You can rent mats and towels, and purchase water at the studio. There are free lockers with keys in the locker room, which also includes an indoor shower and private bathrooms. The outdoor shower and secret garden behind the studio was a plus - a peaceful place to unwind after 90 mins of practice. The Glow community of instructors, staff and regular yogis was so welcoming - I cannot wait to go back when I am in town again (hopefully soon)! Thank you, Glow!!
