Very nice, indoor and outdoor, good wines friendly staff. Prices match quality. Only negative, pizza crust good but thicker machine stamped. Better crust would be nice. Sabrina is the lead people ambassador and great. Place votes for her to be paid what she is worth.

Went for first time yesterday. The drive from Riner was very scenic. The view at the winery was less scenic but still nice. I don't like dry wines so they suggested I do the tasting of their blends. I liked all 5 of them. The room was crowded with about 30 people since Virginia tech graduation going on. The room was very noisy with the concrete floors. Conversation was difficult and it took awhile to get served since one elderly woman was dealing with the crowd alone, until she called in reinforcements from the field (literally). Note: It would have been nice if the large groups gave them a heads up about their visit so they could have staffed up accordingly. Found out they have a policy of wanting reservations for groups of 8+. The ambiance is nice. The patio has a wood lattice roof to provide some shade. WARNING: When I bought a glass of wine and headed out to the patio for a quiet place to sit, there was no warning about the foot high drop to the patio with no step. If you're looking at the view and are not paying attention, you could have a nasty fall. A step outside each door to the patio or a warning sign would be helpful. Update (09/01): they recently decided not to serve sandwiches and salads. The now only have charcuterie boards with a variety of cheese and meats with olives and other sides. I previously thought that outside food is not allowed at all, but just found out that it's only not allowed in the tasting room. You're welcome to bring your own food to have on the lawn or gazebo, but not on patio. Also, Virginia law requires that everyone show ID regardless of obviously being 21+. No ID, no service. The staff has always been friendly and never disappointed with the wine.
