Called the day before to make sure they had what I was looking for . Talked with a female who seemed to have limited general knowledge but basicly told me to just come in .So next day I came in .Told the guys at the counter I talked with a women on the phone about air rifles 22 caliber day before ,and all at once she came to the front to help me ..We went on the guns and i found one that really impressed me but had no scope on it .. I looked at her and I said you would have sold me if the scope came with it and startrd walking to the door .They I heard a young man say sir what gun are you looking at .And i told him .All at once he runs down stairs in comes up with the box the gun belongs in .And behold the scope was in the box..After ten minutes of research I bought the gun..I asked if he could mount the scope for me and I would pick the gun up later in the day .He said no problem . I payed for it and yes when I return to the store the gun was realdy ..WoW next day I target prastice with the Stoeger 22 caliber air rifle at 75 yards .Dead on shooting ..I like to thank that young man with this experience I had in the store ..You made the sale .Ron

Took a couple bows from modern to vintage. Whitetail was able to sort and source the parts needed with no hesitation. Not all parts on hand (ordering odds and ends) but, they are experts and have great customer service. I saw a large selection of guns and ammo but was there mainly for archery today. I asked about a target for archery. Being new to the sport, I wanted a X-Large target. They had a large quantity of targets just not the X-Large I was looking for. They were quick to recommend a competitor that would have it in stock. I will look to support this local business with all my needs, they do what they can to set you up for success.

Very good place to buy a bow. New to archery I wasn’t sure where to start, but the “bow guy” Alex got me the best for my price point. He set my bow just right and gave me some tips so I was hitting good groups after few shots. I bought a second bow a week after. Very happy with the shop, highly recommend. They sell guns too but my experience was with the archery section.
