I felt it was a bit pricey. Food was delicious though. I wish they had explained "sharwama on a plate " properly. Wasn't what we were expecting. But good environment

Firstly. The food is very good, and it came out quickly. However. The restaurant is obviosuly having a problem with gnats. There were gnats and other little flying insects all over the place. They were all over the food and going into the ketchup bottles. It was frankly disgusting. The place has no business being open right now in that state. It is unethical. We had to quickly pack up our food into to go containers and scarf down whatever couldn’t be packed. The chef then had the gall to try to charge us full price for the meal. It was a shorter man who got very defensive and said something like “well what am I supposed to do”. Then the owner who was very friendly and nice, as was all the staff here except for the aforementioned one (whom I believe is the chef) Said that we were of course right and took off 30$ from the bill. This is an expensive place with good food. But they should not be open when they are having this problem. And frankly, they shouldn’t have charged us for even half the meal as we were basically having to fight off bugs for our food. If you can Uber, then do it because the foods great. But don’t go in until this problem is resolved. And that one guy needs an attitude adjustment.

I know a lot of people don’t agree with the restaurant prices but look at this huge portion of tuna salad! I love trying out new flavors and this is definitely the freshest salad I’ve ever tried. But the reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of a young man at the to-go register. He goes above and beyond with his customer service. Sometimes it’s all about people!
