Total irritation. I’m talking about the staff. What a terrible example of service. These employees should go back to McDonald’s to get some training. The owners of this establishment should know what these people are doing to their establishment. I was about to spend over $1,200 and the guy why was checking me out was just throwing the clothes into my bag... didn’t say a word the whole time... and before I even checked out he practically left. I walked away. I don’t care how much I spend, I don’t want to even go to a place where the employees can’t say hello and make eye contact. Maybe they should rethink what service means. Folding your clothes is the least someone can do for someone who is paying retail.

I write this review because I strongly believe in customer service specially during this hard time where not every one feels like shopping. I work as senior executive in the retail business for the past 20 yrs and Lincoln road is a very Unique place with high tourist Attraction where you need very qualified and happy go lucky people facing customers. My friend and I decided to walk into your store today and their were three employees workin but one in particular really shocked me, She was a light skin girl whom I believe was the manger as she was acting very powertrip. What shocked us was her whispering to the other employee about us in front of us where we can see and hear her. I mean wait till we leave at least??? Extremely rude and not welcoming at All. Everything that we asked was replied with a No! Clearly no desire to help us and no flexibility looking for an alternative solution. We are fully aware that during Covid19 the retail rules have changed but it’ is still our job to inform our customers and be very enthousiaste about it and not make them feel like they should have never walked into our store. The entire time she was simply talking to the other guy about us and made us fell like we should Leave.Thank god one Employee was kind and sweet and took our money at the register . Such service is the reason why customers rather use e-commerce and never walk into a store. We should not treat anyone the way we were treated is bad but the business but also humanity. Absolutely unacceptable! I live on the beach and to be honest my friends and I would never go back to that store again. I strongly recommend to coach the management team and hope this does not happen in all your stores. Thank you. Naz

It was fantastic! Staff is super friendly and with a high customer service orientation. Designs are cool, and they had 50% off all store because of black Friday! So I can't complain!
