you do the application takes a few days to get back with you, if you have the money right now (as in down payment) you can get it super fast! do your research in contacting the proper places on liens and if its on demo list or condemed and such and inspect the property before giving money.. we sent our down payment and contract they got it 2 days later (today actually and i have official possession of the house today!!)
They are still a small company. I have a home with them. I want to go thru them for another for family but they have nothing close to me. I have put a lot of work into my house but love it and the service of easy homes.
