What do you get when you go to DB? Great prices, comfortable seats, good food and most of all... Awesome friendly service from the staff. We have a theater 3 minutes from our house and we drive an extra ten minutes to DB. That is the difference great service makes. Keep up the great work!

This theater needs a makeover urgently. Sound system not good. Entrance is dirty and outdated.I’ve also forgotten to mention that one young male staff member did not welcome us very well. We were there to see Top Gun at 9:30am. We were there about 5 minutes early. As we walked in the young man asked if we were part of a summer camp, which we were not, without verifying or asking another staff member, he told us the cinema was still closed to the public and that we would have to leave. Fortunately, another staff member corrected him and confirmed that a movie at 9:30am was ready. At that point my husband and I felt very uncomfortable by the way were treated. Please make sure all of your staff follows basic customer service protocols.

The last time I was here this theater on the corner of Hillsboro and Powerline was the Deerfield 5. It closed during Covid and was replaced with DB Cinemas. They are part of a a chain of family owned theaters that are in Missouri, Indiana, Illinois and their home base in Michigan. They aim to focus on three key elements of the movie going experience, value, customer service, and cleanliness. When they took over the theater they brought in new projection, upgraded the sound, and cleaned and repaired the seats in this 8 screen theater. I ended up here with a camp group to see the new Pixar film Lightyear which purports to be the film from which the Buzz Lightyear doll that Andy has in Toy Story was licensed. The positives of the experience is that I really like this plaza. There are a lot of places to eat if you want to do a dinner and a movie and I like to shop at the stores. The concession stand of the theater has alcohol, not that I imbibed. It was air conditioned which if you are in south Florida in the summer, sitting in an air conditioned theater for 2 hours is a pretty great and inexpensive activity. It was a camp activity so I didn't have to pay which was probably the best part of all. The not so good was the popcorn they gave us was overloaded with salt to the point of being inedible. The drink needed the flavor canister changed so it was a watery mess. The kids all complained about the terrible taste. The seats were rockers instead of the recliners the nicer theaters have. Worst of all the screen had a hole in it. If it was dark it wasn't noticeable but whenever the color was light you could see the dark hole. The kids enjoyed the movie and other than complaining about the horrible drink likely didn't notice all of the things I did. If I were paying for a ticket I would rather spend a couple of bucks more for a better experience.

Very nice experience! We have give here before and there is little/no air conditioning. Little/ poor staff. But this time it was the opposite. Friendly approachable staff who regularly inquired if we needed anything. Air conditioning was cool enough to bring a blanket. Audio and picture were very good. Parking isn't idea though.

What day is senior disc day? Do we have to use special times?
You can check on their website https://cinepolisusa.com/locations/cinepolis-deerfield-beach
No
Yes, beautiful theatre with spacious rocking seats. You'll love them.
Senior day is for the older citizens pretty much everyday at a discounted rate of $6.41.
Yes. But it is faster to buy on the app. Plus you are guaranteed your rewards points. Employees usually forget to ask.
This is a mainstream theater that shows latest blockbuster type movies. Foreign films are usually found at film festivals and art house theaters. Many people are multilingual and/or enjoy what the rest of the world has to offer, just do a Google search for foreign films near you.
There is a million ways to look up movie times, and they're more reliable than an individual
No
No lower priced mattinees... but they are cheaper than other places
Be at least 60 years old and older to qualify for the senior discount.
I would think this Fridat, October 5th
I know they serve drinks and you have reserved seating but i dont think they bring drinks to your seat
Their website doesn't specify a time for the Senior duscount but it does say it may not be available for all showings. I would assume they probably do not give it for new films or weekend nights. That's just my experience with most theaters though.
Tuesdays... $7plus tax
Look it up on the Internet.
This is not a communications channel to the business. You ate talking to people who use Google maps to find things.
11 am is their normal time, so they should be open then unless something has changed.
Go some place else and stop bitching.
