I bought a humidifier over $600. After a while the app stopped sending notifications so I wouldn't know if someone enter my house. I contacted the support team, send them the humidifier. They said the camera is working but the problem is from the app. They contacted the developer, but they get no answer. I called the shop that i bought it from and they have no solution. They said they sold me the camera and the app. So I end up wasting over $600. The manufacturer has no solutions and there is no way to contact the app developer.
