I was here to return an order that I had purchased online. It was a super cute coffee mug that was intended to be a gift. It had been shipped from Bed, Bath, and Beyond via FedEx, and had been packaged in an envelope with some bubble wrap. Needless to say, the item showed up in pieces...I didn't even have to open the package to know it was broken. I opted to visit this location to do the return and hopeful reorder, because I wanted to see how this had been shipped to me. When I arrived at the store, a very nice employee assisted me with the return. Her first words were, "Why didn't they ship this in a box?" She processed my return and subsequent refund quickly. I had to go to another employee to assist me with the re-order, and he even commented, "Why wouldn't this have been shipped in a box?" Needless to say, we were all on the same page on how this should not have happened. I can't speak to the rest of the store as I was only there to handle this return; however, it looks like the store was recently remodeled. Overall, I had a great experience even though it was to fix a problem. The employees who assisted me were very friendly, the store looked to be in good order, and the parking lot is ample. I will definitely be back to shop!

I spent more time waiting for assistance at the locked personal cases than it would have taken me to drive there and back multiple times. I physically had to go find multiple employees to assist me, one who abruptly told me there were unlocked options and left, and one who waved me away to go have a pow wow with other employees at the exchange and return section. It took me speaking with three employees to get an item out of a case. Waiting for someone to come back to the registers to check me out took long enough that I simply could have walked out of the store with my item and continue to be ignored as I had been for most of my visit. There was MAYBE a total of ten customers in the entire store, no line at the registers, and painfully obvious there is no customer focus at this location.

Really bad customer service they were laughing at the customer's situation cause he didnt save the receipt and since bed bath and beyond change their return policy, they are not taking anything back without one, I would recomend anyone to steer clear of any bed bath and beyond because it looks like their business is not doing too well. What happened to the customer is always right.
