I had to leave 1 star in order to leave a review which was a gift. This place is the most shady, unethical rental location. My rental was conveniently upgraded by them without request or approval by me because they needed to make some money per day as my insurance only covered a certain amount per day and this was a car repair rental through my insurance. They put the contract in my sons name who is not the owner nor the operator of my vehicle. In fact he was not even of legal age to rent a car. They tried charging me tax per day on my rental and my insurance company said I was not responsible for any such fees. They tried to charge a 350 deposit abs my insurance company said 50 is in fact the limit when renting under insurance coverage. When I called to inquire I was helped by the most obnoxious office worker who insisted everyone pays taxes on car rentals. I then went to rent a car months later and was told after I spoke to an employee earlier in the day assuring me my car would be ready at 430 that I was placed on a DNR list and he refused to rent me a car. And was I turned away after driving 30 minutes to get there. After some research it seems this is common practice of enterprise. Their negative review is at a nice 77%. This is what happens when companies such as these are not monitored by anyone and start to get away with unethical practices. My pictures won’t show but they are of 67 complaints with the Better Business Bureau with a D-rating this year alone. Mostly for the same shady practices.

It would be nice if they give you the right price when you make a reservation its 210 dollars to rent it when I get to the office it was 510 dollars

The employee that assisted me was very friendly & helpful; he was able to answer all my questions. I got a new SUV at the base car price because what I ordered wasn't available. I will recommend these guys to everyone!

The manager at Enterprise in Tunkhannock is GREAT to do business with. (And the new guy, whose name I can't recall - is also super nice and efficient.)
