This place is like a real life nightmare. The store is always disorganized if not destroyed. There's never a single employee on the floor to help you. Today after waiting 45 minutes in line, with more to go, a gentleman who seemed to be a higher up in the staff walked past. I had a question and asked if he's the manager. He responded yes, one of them and refused to stop to take care of what I wanted to address. The store not only has the worst service of all Burlington locations but maybe some of the worst all around customer service I've seen in retail in my 45 years on this earth. Absolutely deplorable, I will not return

3 register's open on a Saturday around 5pm. Asked the security guy upfront about getting a cart. He said, there aren't any. I asked if someone was getting them and he said, we don't have anyone getting carts because there are only 3 registers open. So no one had gone out the entire day to get carts. My husband went into the lot to get one. Check out line was wrapped around the store because there were still only 3 register open an hour after we got there. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

The place is such a mess and the lines are crazy long so you don’t even want to shop since you know the lines are ridiculous and you will be waiting forever!! It’s a shame. Inventory not as good as before.

Tasty World

A lot of merchandise, Store is nice and Clean. Great deals. but check out take 30 minutes or more even if just 3 people in lane. check out to slow and complicated. Expect waiting time of more than 1.5 hours at holiday weekends. Worst at Christmas 3.5 hours.
