The food is so good here, you just want to enjoy every single bite and lick every finger when you're done. Our waitress was so sweet and so good at her job that it seemed like she's been working there for years, but she's only been there for two weeks. My family and I really enjoyed our experience that we were still talking about it the next day. I forgot how good the wings are. Best by far! And just to let you know, I'm not big on leaving comments. So if I'm taking my time to do this right now, then you know it's good!

After many more take-outs since last review ---- Still the best place to get a sandwich and potato wedges, wings are best. Their sauces are awesome, so tasty and nashville hot crispy chicken sandwich is one of the best I had. Absolutely love the taste and amazed how every time it's so satisfying, not a single time disappointed. Previous Review ------ I ordered the bottled sauces online and when reached the store they said one of the sauce bottle is out of stock and ranch bottle was never available for sell. Although while ordering everything went through and available online, so initially i was disappointed with the online system. But the store was very nice to me all the time, store manager edward (Ed) talked to me very politely, apologized and asked me to come back after 2 days. Then he called me twice, followed up and made sure I get the sauce bottles the day after next day, he was so nice to offer me an extra bottle of sauce for the inconvenience. It went wrong the first time but Ed made sure to follow it up until proper resolution. I really appreciate it and liked the way how nicely the situation was handled, thanks bww, great customer service !!!

My wife and I both agree this was a terrible service. It was not busy with maybe 10 tables at most in use and a few people at the bar. We sat at the bar and never were greeted. The shift manager David was just not worried about us at all. I asked for a menu twice before receiving. I kept having to ask for our drinks to be replenished. I would wait 7 to 10 minutes before I would ask again trying to be polite. I don’t know why we had to feel unwelcome. We never received our drinks in an orderly fashion. My wife and I would see multiple drink orders completed before I would ask again for our drinks. The boneless wings were very dry. My wife said they tasted frozen like the ones at the store. I do agree with this statement. Before leaving we were looking at all the memorabilia on the walls and directly above our seats was moldy displays. I was very disappointed to take my wife out last night. We made the most of it, but definitely our last visit to this location.

Wish I would have known that if you order 30 wings and pick 6 sauces they will just divide up the wings and toss them in the sauces. It doesn't say anything like that when you order online and it can really mess up a party if you have kids that only eat certain type of sauces
