Heidelberg Bakery is the by far the best choice for cakes and pastries in the Saddleback Valley! We have been ordering from them for years now! I always recommend them to brides as their wedding cakes are marvelously delicious! The wedding guests love them! Their white cake with Bavarian cream, fresh strawberries and ganache is superb. Just ordered a German Chocolate Cake. They customized it for me and eliminated the pecans to accommodate my nut allergy! Delicious! They are people pleasers! And darn good bakers!

We ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s first birthday, it was a white cake with strawberry cream filled inside. It was decorated so beautifully with such minute details. Genius! It was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had. The guests who usually order their birthday cakes from one of the grocery stores or some bakeries in Irvine were pleasantly surprised by it. We had to give each one of them Heidelberg pastry Shop’s name and address. We also had their cupcakes for the party which tasted utterly delicious, and were over within minutes. This was the first time we ordered something here, and wondered why we didn’t find it earlier.
