BUYER BEWARE - THEIR TENNIS SHOES ARE GARBAGE! THEY DON'T OFFER A WARRANTY IF YOU GET IT AS A GIFT. Their customer service is terrible. Don't buy their court FF series of shoes. They feel like you are wearing rain boots or galoshes. All you hear is rubber to rubber clicking. Nobody can possibly play tennis in these. I've never seen such a bad product. Impossible to play in. I'm going to be leaving this review on every ASICS Outlet as well. Stay tuned... I will update this with a link to the Youtube review once I record it. I contacted ASICS and they told me to pound sand because I didn't have a receipt. I don't have a receipt because a student's parents gave them to me as a gift. The shoes have been worn once. I have the tags and box. JUST A GARBAGE PRODUCT FROM AN INFERIOR COMPANY. No wonder their rating is 2 stars. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The staff and employees of this particular ASICS sporting goods store were on point. The staff helped a lot of the customers out and the lines were not too outrageous. It's good to see people in customer service doing well.
