Love chick fil a but lately their customer service has been lacking. Stood there over 20 minutes waiting for my mobile order as I watch a line of about 5 people order, pay, get their food and leave. Meanwhile there were 7 or so employees in the kitchen, some working, others talking and laughing as customers are there waiting. Not the best experience.

Drive thru line takes forever...not a place to go if you are in a hurry. However, staff is excellently trained and super polite. If you are socially conscious you will note that these companies cut corners by hiring young people (most still in high school) and keep them part time only. Bottom line...they are focused on their financial bottom line. One further observation...they monopolize the parking lot and it is a real hassle if you park in the front and dine inside...usually the cars (drive thru) end up blocking you.

My first experience having Chick-fil-A and I'm hooked. We don't have Chick-fil-A in San Francisco because the City won't allow them there. Of all the fast food chains that serve chicken sandwiches, Chick-fil-A is the best. The only down fall is their waffle fries. They were way to soft and stale otherwise it was very good.

Can't say anything negative about Chick-fil-A. I truly believe that they make the best chicken sandwich in the fast food biz. I am glad this location is slowly allowing patrons to dine in. I on theother hand did the drive thru and the staff is alway super friendly and they always get my order right. My chicken sandwich was hot and fresh when I got home and the lemonade is a banger!

Wow. Very unusual. Tell manager. He will fix it. Employee s are trained better than that. I toured the Headquarters and learned all about CFA standards. Tell manager tomorrow...
