Go to the court with your fiance, file up the papers that they have, take a number and wait for their call. Then you have to paid around 90$. In that moment you're married. You have 3 days to regret. After that, you can do the ceremony (You have 3 months to plain it, then the paper expired so you will have to come back and paid for the paper again). If you want to do the ceremony at the court, you just have to go between 9am - 4pm, take a number, paid 30$ and they do the ceremony in a small room that they reserved for that. If you want to do it in other place, you have to find a public notary to got marry. Then you have to bring the papers to the court to register the event, and that's it. Good luck!
2md floor I believe
Social security social ID and pay a license of 86 dollars and wait 3 days for the ceremony and pay 30 dollars which is what the ceremony is worth.
