These guys were absolutely amazing! I thought I was going to have to cancel my Eurotrip, but they came through for me. A stressful situation to start with when needing a passport fast. Cindy was incredibly helpful, detailed and available. The post office took hours in SF so go very early to apply. FedEx did not deliver overnight so that was stressful. I would try to be sure to find a way to be to get the passport more timely—maybe by picking up? I was lucky I had a spare day.

For a governmental office, they are quick to provide you with all the paperwork you need but they will not include the price of services. After speaking to three different representatives and reviewing the website. I made sure to ask all the necessary questions before my appointment including the price of services. Once I arrived I was told the service was $163.00 more than what was mentioned over the phone. After driving for four hours I was told “do I want to proceed with services”. I’m assuming this is the norm for governmental offices. Unfortunately, we don’t have many choices when it comes to these types of offices. And they are aware of this and are taking advantage.
