Our neighbors used this service to cut down their tree. One of the workers dropped a large branch over the fence, destroying some of our "garden art". At the time, they said they would make it right but after numerous emails and phone calls, nothing. Thank goodness our kids weren't outside! They could've seriously injured someone! If they aren't willing to agree small problem like broken gnomes and lights, why would you trust them with bigger things? Beware!!!

This place ALWAYS gets the job done! Have used them exclusively for about 6-8 years, for tree treatments, pruning, and removal of 2 trees. I have a project every year for Eden Tree Pros, and they always meet my expectations.

I have been impressed with Eden Tree since our first meeting. Tree service has been arranged early in the year so I can budget the costs. Service personnel have always followed through during their calendar. I am able to negotiate planned services over the course of the year, Eden Tree has been very helpful in providing information to inform my decision. I am pleased with their personnel, their service, and the result in a well- maintained yard.

We have had Eden Tree Pros remove several large cottonwood trees over the past several years as well as provide ash borer treatment for our large ash tree. They are professional and efficient and do an excellent job of cleaning up when they finish, don't leave a mess behind. They did more than I expected. We highly recommend to anyone looking for professional tree services.

Yes! Proper pruning encourages strong growth, increases flower and fruit production, improves plant health, and removes damaged limbs, all which give aesthetic appeal to a tree.
No. As long as you can provide the contractors with access to the property, you do not need to be home for the process.
