I just left there and the inside doesn’t even looked touched. I paid for the inside and out and it’s absolutely horrible. Never will I go back. Do not waste your money. The outside still had dirt spots also. I’m so disappointed.

I was a unlimited platinum car wash member for years with 2 vehicles. I have a 2018 Audi S4 with brand new black powder coated rims. Before car wash there was no damage on the wheels after the front drivers rim had damage. I normally enter the tunnel more towards the passenger side so I don’t hit my rims. The morning it happened the operator was not paying attention and had me shift over at the last minute. I felt the car jerk some but did not think anything about it. When I put a claim in first thing they start talking about is aftermarket parts. This is a easy way to get most people just to walk away well not me with brand new rims. So I pushed on spoke with the manager and looked at tape you can see rim hitting rollers but they say can’t be sure the damage happened long story short I canceled my memberships. When you take your car to the car wash you want it clean not damaged. I am not asking for a new car or even a new rim just the one I have repaired. This place will not stand behind there services so be careful.

This is the second time I have used this car wash and will not be back again. The first time I left and my car was still dirty on the exterior, it had no scent to it like it was suppose to and the interior still had dirt on the floors. My husband wanted to try it again so we did the most expensive package which with tip is $45. The car came out still dirty. The bumper and side panels still had dirt in them. My dash which supposedly got a special coat on it still had dirt on it. My passenger seat still had dirt on them. The back carpets didn't even look like anyone touched them and my center console was still filthy. For the price we were extremely disappointed. Don't waste you money.

It seems well known locally that you do not visit Mister Car Wash for, well, a car wash. Apparently, as spoken in several reviews and word of mouth when you ask locals, they do a less than acceptable job. I went to Mister Car Wash for an oil change and state inspection. I did also get my exterior washed. Here’s what I want reviewers to know. This place has a theme-park-for-cars feel to it. The campus is huge. They have drive through wash, a detailing garage, oil change garage, and a pet wash station. There are signs pointing you in all of the directions, and you almost never have to leave the seat of your car. When I arrived for my oil change, it is a Valvoline service center, and so I drove my car into the bay, rolled down my window, and chatted out the window whenever there was something to discuss. They checked my filters and fluids, checked air pressure, replaced the oil, and all the while called out what steps they were completing. The employees were all friendly and, best of all, efficient. I let them know I also needed the state inspections, but there was about a 30 minute wait. I wanted to get my car washed, so they sent me off to do that - with a coupon! The car wash is a drive-through wash, and you have 3 or 4 levels of service to choose from. At the time, the lowest is $9, and I had a $10 coupon from the oil change. I opted for the tire dressing, and paid a whopping $2 extra. I don’t love drive-through washes because it doesn’t get that squashed cicada gut juice off of the bumper, but it’s good in a pinch. After the wash, I showed back up at the Valvoline garage to wait for the inspection. I did have to leave my car for this service because they test drive it and take the wheels off and such. You’ll be sent inside their waiting area, which is a quaint place to hang out and wander through. Inside they have a little make-believe town of sorts. There is a chapel and a full barbershop display. There is a play area for kids, and the building is pet-friendly (meaning your dog is welcome inside). I would definitely come back here, although I’m not from the local area. I felt the pricing was reasonable and the work was well done. It’s really too bad the overall rating for this spot is so terrible, because I feel it turns people away from the oil services, which are no less than 4 stars, in my opinion. (Cross posted)
