Usually I love this place but yesterday was horrible. The girl got 2 orders in front of me wrong then forget them mini pretzels for the lady. My order she gave me 2hot mustards and not enough pretzel dogs. Was supposed to be 1 mustard 2 pretzel dogs. I paid and left as I was already in store 30 mins.

The product is usually good. The last few times not so much. The pretzels were more dried out than soft and cheesesteak pretzel dough under cooked and light tan rather than brown. Most recent visit i asked for a cheesesteak pretzel. Girl :hey guys did you prep the stuff for the...-" 2 guys standing around doing nothing: "no" Girl: *stands there feeling awkward* I said nvm and left. Just made it odd for the girl since the guys seemed to be doing nothing and yet didnt have their prep done.
